With a fanastic array of motive power comprising 8 steam locomotives including visiting L & Y Class 27 O6 O (1899) and BR Standard 4 75069 the threeday event benefitted from dry and bright weather.
The NER 1903 Electric Autocar and Test Car "Iris" added to the variety with goods trains intermingled with the passenger trains. The film includes the view of the line from the footplate of 8F 48305 (with permission kindly granted by GCR) and thanks to the crew.
