PiYO is a total body workout using elements of cardio, bodyweight strength, Pilates, yoga and balance all in one amazing workout. If this is your first time doing this type of a workout it can be difficult as we move at a faster pace. Best to redo a few times to nail the moves. We do get right into this workout with a quick yoga flow sequence to light your body on fire. Take breaks when needed and have some FUN too! Roll out that mat and let's go.❤
