Welcome to day 6 of the 30day yoga challenge. Today we are combining the sequences from the last few days with a 45 min full body yoga flow. Within this class we bring together some of the poses that we practiced throughout the week so that we can do a little bit of a recap and revisit some of the skills that we focused on.

In this class we work towards Standing Splits, Crow pose and Wheel. Hopefully you will be familiar with some of the sequencing from the first 5 day's of the 30 day yoga challenge.
