Today's workout focuses on steady state cardio that targets the waist and abs. This is a moderate pace Standing Cardio Workout that will help tighten and tone your midsection all while burning calories. I want you to really focus on feeling the movements in your core! We have 20 moves for 35 seconds of effort and 5 seconds transition. We are adding 1lb wrist weight that are optional. This slight increase does help to level up the workout and add a little toning to the arms. I wouldn't go any heavier than 2lb, as it can result in overuse injury in the shoulders. Add bonus...we are moving to the beat of the music!! Find some space and let's go!
