Frying spicy kimchi with 2000g of pork belly

Fried 1.5kg of spicy kimchi in pork belly oil

[Kimchi ham udon]
1) Grill pork belly in griddle

(*You don't have to cook it neatly because it tastes better with kimchi sauce)
4) Add fried kimchi one by one and put it in the container, then refrigerate
5) Put pork belly, kimchi, and kimchi seasoning stored in a hot pot
6) Place sliced ham and fried tofu to your taste
7) Put mushrooms, green onions, red peppers, mugwort, etc. and pour water and boil
8) It tastes better if you boil it with a little bit of soy sauce and sugar
9) Add udon noodles when it boils
10) Enjoy a fantastic combination of ham, fried tofu, and kimchi

[Kimchi cheese rice]
