Hey guys, For this week we have a video of a maintenance type of repair on a Watson Foundation Drill Rig. In this video you will see us replace the lower end of the kellybar ( the square bar that drives the auger). The lower portion of the kellybar is what creates the friction needed when its turning to grab the inner bar as they press down on the auger. The tolerances are very close to the inside bar so that it can grab as it twists. With time these wear and tend to stop being effective. Sit back. Enjoy the video. hope you dig it.
