200g Bread flour
4g (1.5tsp) Instant dry yeast
30g (3Tbsp) Sugar
80ml Milk
54g, 1 Room temperature egg
3 g (1tsp) Salt
30g Room temperature unsalted butter

6 Sausages (12.5cm)
3 Sticks of mozzarella cheese

Egg wash (before baking) 1 egg + 2 Tbsp milk
10g Melted unsalted butter (after baking)
Mayonnaise (ketchup available)
Parsley

If the oven does not have a fermentation function, ferment the bowl by immersing it in warm water (36℃~37℃).
Sausages are better used after blanching them in hot water.
For the wooden stick, I used wooden chopsticks.
