Synopsis:
In 1850, Alfred Russell Wallace explores the island world of the Malay Arichipelago and discovers that nature there is divided into two biogeographical areas, as if by a mysterious boundary. This boundary still bears his name today: Wallace Line. 150 years later, a new generation of scientists is searching for further evidence of this natural phenomenon and delving into a mysterious world that remained hidden from Wallace in his time. The researchers want to find out whether the phenomenon of Wallace's line also continues under water.
