Portuguese Style Egg Tart
✔Pastry Dough
2 cups all purpose flour (270g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
2/3 cup water (160ml)
1/3 cup butter (80g)
✔Custard
3 pieces egg yolks (large)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
2 tbsp cornstarch (15g)
1 cup all purpose cream/whipping cream (250ml)
1 can evaporated milk (360ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract
* Recipe Yield: 17 pieces on regular size cupcake/muffin mold.
*Bake in a preheated oven @220°C or 430°F until its top starts to blister and caramelize.
❗Baking time varies on the type and setting of the oven.
APPROX. BAKING TIME:
•For bottom heat function only: 30 mins. or more
•For bottom & upper heat function: 20 mins. or more
