Ingredients for 34 people:
Broth:
1kg pork ribs
2 onions
3 young garlic
2 carrots
1 head of garlic
50g ginger
2 and a half litres of water
120mL soy sauce
olive oil
1? tsp salt
Eggs for the ramen:
4 eggs
120mL soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Water
Toppings:
2 spring garlic
3 cloves of garlic
50g ginger
60mL olive oil
Vegetables to taste (I used mushrooms and oyster mushrooms)
chives
Sauce from the ribs:
Liquid from the egg marinade
1cs sugar
Noodles:
I recommend you buy the noodles from an Asian supermarket, although in this video I made them homemade.
