Hey there friend! Here's my Easy Breakfast Meal Prep Freezer Ideas video!

I ran out of some freezer breakfast meals that I had stocked in my freezer from my last freezer breakfast meal prep video (linked down below!) so it was time to make more.

I love having easy, delicious, and quick breakfasts that I can heat up and give to my kids before going to school during the weekdays. These are particularly nice to have when you wake up late or hit that snooze.

These breakfast meal recipes are not only super simple to make, but your kids (and you!) will devour them.

Hash Brown and Bacon Egg Cups:
34 cups shredded hash browns, thawed and drained of excess liquid
9 eggs
4 bacon slices, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheese
¼ cup milk
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 425 and spray you muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Place some hash browns into the wells, pressing down and halfway up the sides of the muffin cups.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 1820 minutes.
Remove the pans from the oven and place half of the bacon crumbles in the cups, pour some egg mixture over the top, and add the remaining bacon crumbles over the top.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 1517 minutes.
