Movement snacks can be great for hypermobility. Sometimes if we have pain or fatigue with hypermobility, it can seem too much to do a whole movement class or exercise routine. Try breaking your routine into smaller movement snacks throughout the day. Instead of a movement meal, have a snack.

What’s important is the consistency it doesn’t matter if that needs to be broken down into chunks.
