Dulles Greenway EagleCam 3312024: It has been a very different season this year with no eaglets, but although we miss Martin and Rosa there are still things to see and learn from! Today a beautiful young eagle visited the nest early in the morning and was chased away by the two new adults. It returned later and had a nice long visit, searching for scraps and moving sticks, before an adult noticed and came zooming in. Surprisingly, the youngster felt bold enough to stand its ground and even chirp back at the adult! The adult bided its time for a bit was it getting over the shock of dealing with such a cheeky, disobedient juvenile? and came back making it clear that there would be no more of that foolishness.
