Dulles Greenway Eagle Cam 5/1/2024: (best viewed on large screen) When the eagles are away, the squirrels will... well, there's no "play" for THIS squirrel just now. There's a delicious breakfast (supervised by a pair of chickadees dropping by to check out the nest), followed by some very focused work gathering just the right combination of materials to make a comfy home in the "basement." No high drama in this peaceful morning scene, just an appreciation for the hard work that goes into living in the wild!
