In this video, I show you how I teach a dog to jump in the car when they are afraid or reluctant to get in the vehicle. Training your dog to jump into the vehicle is important especially if you have a big dog that you can't lift up into the car or truck. In this video I show you how to use leash pressure along with food rewards to train your dog to jump in your car.
If your dog is afraid to jump in the car, try using some high value food rewards first. If they are still refusing to get into the car, then use the leash pressure method that I demonstrate in the video.
