Many men are increasingly concerned about personal size. The size myth has dramatically increased demand for size enhancing medications, devices and potentially dangerous surgical lengthening techniques (American Urological Society).

The survey on does size matter asked women 2 questions:

1. Does SIZE matter to you, if so why?
2. If size DOESN'T matter, then what does matter?

What is the Average Male Size? The Size Myth

There is little to no evidence that size is related to shoe size, race or sexual orientation (King 2021).

Most men believe average excited length is 6 inches (15.24 cm) or greater (Johnston et al., 2014). However, most studies investigating average male size have involved self reporting measures.

More accurate clinical studies show average excited male length is 5.1 5.5 inches (12.95 13.97 cm). King (2021) concludes “most men underestimate their size compared to other men”.
