Hi bakers!
On this video I will teach you a universal dough that we can use in making varieties of bread. We call it soft dough.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 + 2tbsp cup bread flour
1 tsp Instant dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 pcegg
2 tbsp + 2 tsp shortening

*extra flour for dusting
*extra shortening for greasing
*1 egg for egg wash

We bake it under 180 degree celcius for 15 minutes.
