Buttercream Swissroll

The technique and procedures used in this video are based on TESDA standard used during National Assessment.

90 grams (3/4 cup) Cake Flour
2 grams (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder
1 gram (1/4 tsp) Salt
50 grams (1/4 cup) Oil
50 grams (3 tbsp + 1 tsp) Milk
50 grams (1/4 cup) Sugar
5 pcs Egg Yolks

5pcs Egg Whites
70 grams (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp) Sugar

225 (1 cup) Butter
130 grams (1 cup) Powdered Sugar
2 grams (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract

Bake at 170 degree Celcius for 15 minutes.

Its better to measure these ingredients in weighing scale but if you prefer cups and spoons measurement, conversion are provided for your convenience. Note that some may have a very little difference if we use cups and spoons but its fine.
