Baking temperature: 325 F or 165 C

Ingredients:
Mixed dried fruits:
Golden raisin : 1/4 cup
Dried apricots : 1/4 cup
Dried cranberries : 1/4 cup
Dried ginger candies : 1/4 cup


Dry ingredients:
Flour : 200 grams or 1 and 2/3 cups
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Sugar : 150 grams or 3/4 cups


Wet ingredients:
Eggs : 3
Butter : 150 grams or 1 + 1/2 stick of butte
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp (optional)
Milk: 1/4 cup
