Yields 3 to 4 servings.
Rinse Rice a minimum of two times to wash way starch for a light and fluffy texture.
Ingredients:
Rice : 1 cup + 1/3 cup or 270 grams (used basmati rice in video)
Water : 1 cup + 1/3 cup or 320 ml (same amount as the rice)
Potato : 1 cup or 1 large potato or 170 grams
Onion : 1/2 cup or half onion or 80 grams
Sausage : 3 or 200 grams
Oil : 2 tbsp
Bouillon : 1 tbsp (used shrimp bouillon in video)
Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Garlic powder : 1 tsp or 1 to 2 diced garlic cloves
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Pressure cook in manual setting for 8 mins. And let it release pressure naturally for 10 mins. After 10 mins, carefully release rest of the pressure.
