While camping in Joshua Tree National Park we were inspired to try a new flavor of pizza in the Omnia Oven.
We started with a Jiffy pizza crust and added:
Balsamic glaze for the sauce
Grilled chicken tenders
Chopped dried dates
Ricotta cheese
We baked it for about 40 minutes until the crust was golden brown.
We topped off the finished pizza with a bit more balsamic glaze. It was delicious.
