Chia Pudding with Yogurt

Chia seeds are super healthy and filled with omega3, fiber and protein. This chia pudding recipe uses yogurt and milk. It is so easy to make. It is creamy, satisfying and delicious ~ a perfect healthy breakfast or afternoon snack.


Ingredients for 1 or 2 servings
2 tablespoons (25 g) chia seeds
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk of your choice
1/2 cup (4 oz) yogurt of your choice
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey/ sugar for sweetener)
Fresh fruits/ nuts/ granola for topping
~ Combine chia seeds, milk, yogurt, and sweetener in a jar. Stir and cover. Store in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight until the texture becomes softer and creamier. Put your favorite toppings and enjoy! ~
