Ingredients: 70 g of salty crackers, 30 g of arugula for the base and 5 g for serving, 25 ml of olive oil, 150 g of cream cheese, 150 g of salted salmon, juice of half a lime, 10 g of peeled pistachios.

Method: blend crackers, arugula and olive oil together in a blender until smooth. We spread the base in a metal ring, pressing well with a spoon. Cut half of the fish into small pieces and combine with cream cheese and lime juice. Mix well. Lubricate the edges of the metal ring with olive oil. Spread the cheese mass on the base. We also press well with a spoon. Garnish with arugula. Place the second half of the fish on top, having previously cut it into slices. Fry the pistachios in a dry pan. Let them cool so that they are crispy. Chop the nuts with a knife. Sprinkle them over the fish.
