Char-Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon

Nothing beats a charcoalgrilled steak. And we're showing you how to make the perfect Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon over Cowboy Charcoal Briquets today. A beautiful filet wrapped in bacon and finished in a buttery bacony sauce cooked to 125F for that signature forktender filet mignon. Does it get any better than that for a classic steakhouse romantic dinner? We don't think so!


Ingredients:
2 Filet mignon steaks, about 1 lb each
cooking Oil
Salt and Pepper
2 strips thickcut bacon whole
2 strips thickcut bacon chopped
4 tbsp Butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 sprig fresh Rosemary
Garnish:
Lemon, Salt, Rosemary

05:00 Flip the steaks
05:50 Add a castiron skillet over direct heat
