The goal at a workplace is not just to be great at your job, but we also want to get along with our coworkers in the process. The last thing anyone wants is to deal with bad behavior from a coworker.

The same applies to a set of movies or TV shows where a typical day involves long hours that could start at four in the morning and end at midnight. However, getting rid of actors who have some weight in the industry can be tricky.
