There was a time when computer effects were mainly used for spectacle like the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park or huge explosions in action films but they have evolved to the point where they can even realistically alter an actor’s appearance.

If an actor doesn’t want to do a nude scene, it’s no problem at all, as computers can do all the work for them, and if a role requires an actor to look younger than they actually are, that can be taken care of digitally.
