Our cat Mr. Mika welcomes his new Koi fish friend. He has a special friendship with the Koi fish since he was a kitten.

Some info about our pond & Koi. Our pond is 1.50 meters deep (18.000 liters, around 4,755 gallon). We have 10 Koi. Our latest addition to the pond comes recently from from Japan.
It's a Kohaku Ginrin Jumbo Tosai (1 years old) he's approx. 35 cm.
Our oldest Koi is almost 20 years old. Our largest Koi is almost 80 cm (32"). Some people ask us if we have given them names. We call them by their breed. Like; Chagoi, Matsuba, Showa, Ochiba etcetera. Except for the big white Koi, we call him Dino
