Andrea Coolranch Presents: The Unbearable Fascism of Security at Golfview Apartments (Part 1)

The sixth season premiere episode of #CapriceAndElla is definitely one not to forget as a year has passed since Caprice, Ella, and Ava moved to Golfview Apartments and as Ava makes continuous efforts, she joins forces with her security guards to uncover the truth behind Golfview Apartments' ban on outdoor security cameras which causes Ava to clash with management at the apartment complex, gets overwhelmed by Golfview's nonstop demands on her free time eventually leaving Ava no other alternative besides not renewing her lease.
Meanwhile, George, Rachelle, Rachael, and Karly successfully persuade Ava to not renew her lease at Golfview after George intercepts a threatening letter that sealed the fate.

07:49 Caprice and Ella are not taking the news well and the issue with now not being able to have outdoor security cameras pointed outside the porch/balcony is not sitting well with Ava despite Ava arguing her stance with the security cameras. At that point Ava vows to find a solution that will work for Ava, even if it means stopping at nothing to stop criminal activity.
11:08 Ava is busy drinking with Karly and Rachael. Ava complains to them about the unfairness of having to take down the security cameras that have brought her security, something she has valued.
13:10 The lack of outdoor security cameras at Ava's home and not being offered a favorable resolution that will work became wellrealized. In June 2018, longtime Waynedale Kroger employee Perla Nieto welcomed Ava to Fort Wayne and Perla passed away after allegedly being stabbed by a disgruntled customer identified as Jermard Lewis.
18:53 Caprice and Ella did not know Perla Nieto as they are pets and pets are generally not allowed at public places like Kroger.

25:35 Back at the Zinn residence, Ava is working on a college assignment, and she says that she just wants a perfectly normal place to call home, like the one she used to have at what is now Black Pine Flats.
29:26 During a short visit to the home of Elisa Everman with Breeanna, Alisan, Pia, and Christina, Elisa talks despairingly about Ava.
31:14 Ava realizes she is starting to become someone else than what she has been accustomed to and vows to stop at nothing to find a new place to live that will work with Ava and her housing needs.
