The Nomad Experiment

The one where I check out the Mexicacao Festival in Queretaro, Mexico! Yes, there's a distinction between cacao and cocoa (I'll let you look that up. But also, this festival had so much more, like mezcal from Oaxaca, delicious chocolates, cacao drinks, and amazing artisans with their wares. I absolutely loved watching the gentleman craft Molinillo's (hand carved tools used to froth Mexican chocolate and other Mexican Beverages) and could have watched that magic all day! Cheers!!!
