As you noticed, Wow, the kitchen welcomes simple recipes, especially since the simpler the food, the tastier it is! The season of young vegetables is beginning, so let's seize the moment cook and enjoy them in all culinary variations, trying to preserve the vitamins as much as possible!

For the soup we need:

Bouillon:
chicken leg and a piece of veal (for broth) any meat can be used!
water (about two liters)
* when it boils, have time to collect the foam!
1 onion
0.5 pcs. carrots
3 – 4 peas of allspice
a piece of bay leaf
* boiled, set the heat to minimum, let it simmer for 1 hour

Roasting:
1 heaping tablespoon of lard (any other fat)
1 medium onion
tomatoes (35 pcs.)
1 tsp. Sahara
a little salt

* remove meat, onions, carrots from the broth

In soup (in broth):
potatoes (finely chopped, boil in broth until tender)
frying
red bell pepper
green onions (green part)
boiled carrots from broth
salt to taste
* let the soup boil and simmer a little
young cabbage and greens added last

Sour cream is perfect for our spring soup!
