So let's get started: dinner in a skillet! We will need:

chicken (4 thighs)
+ lard 1 tbsp
+ a piece of butter
*fry on maximum heat

Frying for porridge:
onion
garlic salt (you can add regular garlic instead)
carrot
large sweet pepper – 1 pc.
turmeric
a few peas of allspice
Bay leaf
salt
ground black pepper

Bulgur:
1 cup bulgur (250 g), rinsed
hot water (enough to cover the bulgur)

*** Let it boil, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Salad:
cucumbers
tomato
cabbage
salt
ground black pepper
pumpkin seed oil
greens (lettuce)
spinach
