We decided to repeat this dish and did not regret it! The green borscht turned out great! Beautiful, rich, very tasty and filling! The addition just asks to be added to the plate, and this is not surprising))

The recipe is simple:
* pour water into the pan (as much as you want borscht)
3 chicken legs
3 boiled eggs
potato
1 tablespoon lard (or any fat, vegetable oil)
1 large onion
1 carrot
250 ml tomato (or 2 tablespoons of tomato paste)
greens (green onions, dill, parsley, sorrel)
salt to taste
ground black pepper
0.5 tsp. smoked paprika
