So ein Nest ist eine faszinierende Welt. Bis jetzt war ich immer der Meinung, dass wir acht Küken im Nest haben. Gerade habe ich beim durchzählen aber festgestellt, dass es tatsächlich neun Küken sind. Sehen kann man alle neune aber erst, seitdem das Nest zu klein geworden ist und alle nach oben wollen. Wenn dann auch noch Mama Blaumeise im Nest herumwuselt und die Küken durchmischt, dann quellen alle aus dem Nest. Aber seht selbst.

Such a Nest is a fascinating world. Until now I always thought that we had eight chicks in the nest. But I've just discovered that there are actually nine chicks. You can only see all nine of them now that the nest has become too small and they are all flooding upwards. When mummy blue tit scurries around the nest and shuffles the chicks around, they all spill out of the nest. But see for yourself.
