Question of the Day: What do I do if someone unknown is posting my private video to my family members on their chat on Facebook? They’re is asking for money and has a list of all my contacts. What if I don't give him any money?

This sounds like a situation involving blackmail, extortion, and possibly revenge porn. In addition to reporting the situation to Facebook, it appears that contacting the police or law enforcement would be appropriate.
