Black Panther Training: Workouts for Reflexes Agility and Jump Height

Links and further reading below! This video will talk you through all the training you might need in real life to become fast, agile and explosive like Black Panther.

Obviously in the comics T'Challa has superpowers and a vibranium armour we'll be skipping over that. Instead, I'm focussing on some interesting techniques to boost jump height, flexibility, proprioception etc.

For instance, did you know that stretching your tibialis anterior (a muscle on your shin) can improve jump height by reducing the antagonistic resistance? Or that training the flexor hallucis longus (big toe flexor) will also improve jump height and running speed?

I also discuss using eccentric plyometrics (such as depth jumps) and how to learn and use multiple martial arts with quick reflexes.
