Biceps:
Biceps Curls, 3 x 10 Reps, Heavy Weight
Prone Incline Curls, 3 x 10 Reps, MidHeavy Weight
Revers EZBar Curls, 3 x 10 Reps, MidHeavy Weight
EZBar Curls, 2 x 21 Reps (lower, upper, full range of motion 7 Reps each)
Triceps:
Skull Crushers, 3 x 1012 Reps, Heavy Weight
Straight Bar PushDowns, 3 x 1012 Reps, MidHeavy Weight
Straight Bar Dips, 3 Sets to burn
Short breaks between the sets to keep the intensity high
