Alright, let’s get started with the exercises in the best chest workout with dumbbells for beginners.

Exercise #1: DUMBBELL INCLINE PRESS. It can be easy to neglect the upper chest, so the incline press will help you focus on that while warming up your shoulders as well. If you rotate the dumbbells in slightly to give a more natural movement and position, which is going to protect your shoulders. Focus on getting a deep stretch in your chest, and squeeze at the top of the movement. Use slow and controlled movements to get the most out of this exercise.

Exercise #2: FLY TO SQUEEZE PRESS. Don’t lock your elbows, keep a slight bend. After you do the fly, squeeze the dumbbells together and do a press. Again, make sure to have slow controlled movements to get better results and protect your shoulders.

Exercise #3: DEFICIT PUSHUP. You can use dumbbells, and this is going to help you get a deeper stretch in your chest. On your way up, use your mind muscle connection to squeeze your arms together, which is going to really work your inner chest.

Aim for 3 sets of 1012 reps of each of these exercises. If you need to add more intensity to the workout, increase the reps and sets. You can increase the weight, but make sure it is a weight where you can still focus on good form.
