I always make sure I get at least 23 days a week of good hard core exercise. I feel FANTASTIC after. My home does not give me enough room to get a good sprint it, so the stairs and hallways are puuuuurfect for me let off some steam.. I normally go outside, however it is Dec and cold so this works!
