Hi, guys! Today I made Stirfried Spicy Chicken Gizzard (Dakttongjip)! It was a request from one of my subscribers, so I’m happy to finally show you guys this! I added glass noodles, cheese steamed eggs, rice balls, and pickled radish to the chicken gizzard! I love eating chicken gizzard with garlic cloves, and I think this was my first time making it extra spicy! I like making food at home because I can eat as much as I want If you have no appetite, you’ll also love this! Chicken gizzard is very chewy! I ate it with rice balls, pickled radish, and glass noodles! I especially liked eating it with the cheese on top of the cheese steamed eggs, like a fondue! Did you know chicken gizzard is rich in vitamin E and iron? It contains just as much iron as beef! It’s also packed with collagen and protein!
