Hi, everyone! ‍♀ Today, I prepared spicy black bean noodles with spicy enoki mushroom & super spicy chili kimchi, which is a spicy food combination for those who have a spicy tooth!!! This is my secret recipe for enjoying black bean noodles! Instead of olive oil included in black bean noodles (Chapagetti), I usually use red pepperflavored oil so that the noodle gets a fiery scent!!!! I also prepared spicy fire enoki mushroom and three kinds of chili toppings (extra spicy chili pepper & spicy chili pepper powder & Vietnamese) to make the most delicious spicy enoki mushroom black bean noodles!!!!!!! To make spicy chili kimchi, I usually use cucumber pepper and spicy chili pepper powder (made from spicy chili pepper that my dad grew!!!), but this time I made it much spicier than usual by adding chopped spicy chili pepper and Vietnamese chili pepper powder ❤ Sticky and fiery black bean noodles with crunchy enoki mushroom was as tasty as Chinese restaurants' spicy black bean noodles or Sichuan spicy black bean noodles!!!!!!! If you have some meat at home, it would be better to add it After eating some, I added extra spicy chili pepper and the noodles got much spicier and tastier!!!!!!
