My son Dafydd and his Golden Retriever "Llew", accompanied me to the beautiful Gwendraeth Estuary on Carmarthen Bay in my home county of Carmarthenshire. It was another hot ,cloudless day during the heat wave at the end of June 2018. Following many requests from my Asian viewers, I decided to cook our delicious large local mussels in an Asian style. As a bonus I decided to try "tramping" for Flounders (feeling for the fish as they lie on the seabed,with my feet,and catching them by hand). The Mussels were outstanding. We all enjoyed a great day out and left for home in great spirits. Please bear with me as this is my first attempt at editing my videos using new software. My friend Kris has been undertaking this onerous task for me and has done a sterling job, however I am conscious that he is very busy with his own projects and I am climbing this steep learning curve ,so please bear with me. I'm sorry for the delay since my last video,but I have filmed 5 more,but I was unable to edit them !
