Today I am going to share a very delicious noodles dish. Clear broth stewedbeef noodles. It's another style beef noodle. Use stewedbeef broth and the soup is like white color rather than traditional soup beef noodles that is cooked in soy sauce.

The steps are simple. I use pressure cooker and it would be faster to cook the beef. But the steps are the same if use regular pot. Only need to cook the beef to tender.
