❤ Airfried Chicken Breast Recipe Cooking with Fen & Lady First
Main Ingredients:
2% Salt Water Brined Chicken Breast
(Water 500cc + Salt 10g, marinate for 612 hours)
Chicken Breast 300g
Red Bell Pepper 1/2
Yellow Bell Pepper 1/2
Baby Corn 6 pieces

Chicken Marinade (marinate for 10 minutes):
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
0.5 tbsp Rice Wine
0.5 tbsp Mirin
0.5 tbsp Sugar
0.5 tbsp Sesame Oil

Vegetable Seasoning:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 * ¼ tsp Steak Salt (can be substituted with 1 * ¼ tsp of salt and 1 * ¼ tsp of white pepper)

Main Equipment:
Air Fryer

❤ Directions:
1. 00:44 Salt Brine the Chicken Breast:
Wash the chicken breast and place it in a container.
Prepare 2% salt water and marinate the chicken breast in it, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

2. 01:47 Cut the Meat and Season:
Cut the chicken breast into chunks and add the marinade, marinating for about 10 minutes.

3. 03:42 Cut the Vegetables and Season:
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with steak salt (if unavailable, use salt and white pepper instead).

4. 05:00 AirFryer Baking:
Use the air fryer's grill function, bake at 185 degrees Celsius for 18 minutes.
