An old fashioned adult dyslexia checklist!
A piece of paper to tick which highlights a series of indicators.
If you tick a number of these indicators, it MAY indicate dyslexia.
Please remember that there is nothing wrong with having this learning difference, at least 10% of the population do (statistics vary).

A full diagnostic assessment costs several hundred pounds, and some employers help to pay the bill. If you are employed in the UK and have diagnosis of any disability, including dyslexia, even though it is really a learning difference in my view, then you can apply for assistance at work via the Access to Work Scheme (a Government funded scheme): https://www.gov.uk/accesstowork

And most importantly, I have one more special message for adults who suspect dyslexia, or have a diagnosis, especially to those who might currently feel low about it. You're GREAT!!!
