Primal Supply owner Heather Marold Thomason opened her Philadelphiabased whole animal butcher business with the goal of improving local food supply chains that support farmers. Now, the shop’s three locations and online business offer meat from about 18 locallysourced whole animals a week, leaving little if anything to waste.
