Planting your first food plot can be tricky. There's a lot of information out there, lots of different seeds, blends, and brands to choose from. But it doesn't matter what awesome blend you plant if you make these four mistakes. Things just won't turn out very well...

I made a mistake in the text showing the calculations for recommended seeding rate. It should be the recommended seeding rate DIVIDED by the real germination rate.
