Andrea’s Delicious Chocolate Chip Banana Muffin Recipe:

1.5 cups allpurpose flour
1 cup sugar (use less if using more bananas)
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 medium ripe bananas
1 large egg
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
As many semisweet chocolate chips as your heart desires

1) In a large bowl combine all the wet ingredients (including the bananas). Mix well and then add in the dry ingredients.
2) Pour mixture into paper lined muffin pan.
3) Bake at 375 degrees for approx 1520 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
