In this 4 part video series, we are going to walk you through all the steps necessary to remove the stock 3.0 Liter 3VZE V6 engine out of your 2nd Gen 4runner and replace it with a 3.4 Liter 5VZFE V6 engine.

In this part, Part 2, we show you some things we did in the engine compartment to prep for the 3.4 liter install and then we show you some specific things that need to be done to the 3.4 liter engine for this swap to work.

We're not going to show you every last detail, especially when it comes to pulling a 3.4 liter engine from a used or wrecked vehicle, stripping an old 3.4 liter engine and building up a rebuilt 3.4 liter engine because we already have a video series that covers that.
