★ 코하쿠토(コハクトウ) ★
(유행이 조금 지났지만…) 저도 유행하는 디저트인 코하쿠토를 만들어봤습니다!
코하쿠토는 일본식 젤리인데요, 재료도 단 3가지 뿐이고 만드는 과정도 정말정말 간단해요.
사용하는 색소에 따라서 다양한 색의 이쁜 코하쿠토를 만들 수 있는데요, 저는 색보다 모양에 집중해봤습니다!
저는 실리콘 몰드를 사용해서 다이아몬드 모양, 육각 기둥 모양의 코하쿠토와 손으로 쪼개서 만든 흔한 모양의 코하쿠토 이렇게 총 3가지 버전으로 만들어줬습니다.
사용하는 색소와 코하쿠토의 모양은 자유니까, 자유롭게 만드셔서 자신만의 코하쿠토를 만들어보세요!
저는 딸기 과즙 색소를 코하쿠토액(?)의 절반에 넣어줬는데, 저처럼 딸기 과즙 색소를 넣어서 딸기맛 코하쿠토를 만드셔도 맛있습니다 ㅎㅎ
노오븐이고 만들기 쉬운데다가, 색과 모양을 구상하는 과정이 정말 재밌습니다♡

* 재료 *
물 200g
한천 가루 5g
설탕 300g

딸기 과즙 색소 10ml

(식용 색소)

* 만드는 방법 *
1. 냄비에 물과 한천 가루를 넣고, 약 5분간 약불에서 저어가며 한천을 불려주세요.
2. 냄비에 설탕을 넣고 잘 섞어주고, 다 섞이면 계속 저어가며 끓여주세요.
3. 어느 정도 농도가 생기고 나면, 불을 끄고 원하는 색의 식용 색소를 섞은 후 몰드에 넣어주세요. 냉장고에서 3시간 이상, 또는 실온에서 하룻동안 완전히 굳혀주세요.
4. 다 굳은 코하쿠토는 몰드에서 꺼내준 뒤 유산지 위에 놓아주고 실온에서 2일 이상 말려주세요.

★ Kohakutou(コハクトウ) ★
This time, I made Kohakutou which is popular in Korea!
Kohakuto is Japanese Jelly.
It only needs 3 ingredients and recipe is very very simple.
I made diamond and hexagonal prism shaped kohakutou with silicone molds.
You can make variety of colorful kohakuto with food coloring you like.
I put strawberry juice food coloring in the half.
Make you own kohakutou with your favorite food coloring and molds!

* Ingredients *
Water 200g
Agar Powder 5g
Sugar 300g

Strawberry juice food coloring 10ml

(Food Coloring)

* Recipe *
1. In a pot, put water and agar powder. And soak agar powder on low heat for about 5 minutes.
2. Add sugar in the pot, and mix well. Boil the mixture and keep stirring while boiling..
3. If it concentrates to a certain extent, turn off the heat and put food coloring you want. Then, fill in the mold and chill it in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or at room temperature for 1 day.
4. If it chill completely, separate from molds and dry it at room temperature for at least 2 days.
