Full Body Wall Pilates Workout with Weights | Quick & Effective

If you don't have dumbbells you can use:
* 2 water bottles (1 16.9oz bottle is approximately 1 lb)
* 2 glass jars of sauce (1 24oz jar is approximately 1.5 lbs) or
* 2 cans (1 16oz can is approximately 1 lb).

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Equipment shown:
Set of Dumbbells (optional)

This is a full body wall pilates strength workout with weights. This routine is designed to build strength and stability. This can be a wall pilates workout for beginners, as there are modifications to adjust the exercises. This is a wall pilates workout for glutes, wall pilates workout for abs, and wall pilates workout for arms. This is full body low impact pilates on wall. This routine can be supportive of those who have weight loss goals and are looking for a wall pilates workout for belly fat loss, as add strength training has been shown to be supportive of these goals. This is a 15 min low impact pilates workout and can be done on its own or in combination with another workout. I have linked a wall pilates ab workout and wall pilates stretch workout to this video.
